We’re an artist -owned music ecosystem.

We started out as musicians wanting to create alternative economies for artists that weren’t dependent on old ways of exploiting and undervaluing art. We began by recording music in our homes, and then combined resources to build a studio in the Los Angeles Arts District. In 2021, we started selling specialty coffee out of our driveway to grow our community and share our music, and we now operate a fully-mobile espresso cart for our own events or in collaboration with others. As our garden of artists and artisans grew, we began hosting live music festivals in our backyards, and we continue to do so, curating lineups of musicians, chefs and art vendors of all kind who we love.

We believe that creating music makes the world a better place.

Through the process of creating art, an artist reflects their life and the world around them. When that artist releases their music, and someone hears their music and connects deeply with it, that leads to the listener feeling a little less alone in the world, a little more connected to humanity.

We believe that everyone who wants to make music should be able to.

Recording studios have historically been exclusive and inaccesible places. Because of that, a lot of voices have gone unheard. We’re changing that. By collectivizing production and distribution resources, our goal is to create a space within the music industry that is more accessible and inclusive to the richly diverse populations of Los Angeles.

We believe musicians should own their own work.

We are part of a growing movement of artists retaining creative and financial ownership of their created works. That means we own our music, have full creative control, and all final decisions are our own.

We take care of musicians because we are musicians.
