How it All Began…
The one and only M.A.D. Witch Farms Coffee Cart, about to open on a Sunday morning!
Ruby graduated from college and hopped head first into the world of specialty coffee, where she experienced coffee as a tool to share joy and build community. She was professionally palette trained, competed in latte art competitions, and even helped open an internationally acclaimed specialty coffee shop in San Francisco. After moving back to Los Angeles to focus on music, she decided to dive back in to her passions, and purchased an espresso machine. She fully trained her friends and family in the art of espresso, and together they began sharing coffee with neighbors from Ruby’s childhood kitchen window. For the first time in 20 years, people from all over the neighborhood were meeting and supporting each other, and enjoying the best coffee in LA ;) Now they operate the coffee cart every Sunday from 9am-12pm.
